“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
— Carl Gustav Jung
A child creates. It runs. If you tell it to slow down, it'll run faster. Children follow their instincts.
Remember your own system telling you what's acceptable and what is not? You wondered; you learned and created. It was a full-time job. But then, the bell rang.
"Who do you want to become when you grow up?"
We were 18. We were 25. We didn't know. We may be 45 or 60, and we still don't know.
Unconsciously forced to give up our individuality, we needed to adapt to the demands of the society we live in. We followed the path paved by someone else. We needed to fit in. We needed to be accepted. It was a survival thing. But our spark was long gone. Our lives became predictable, and we lost the desire to explore. Hours of our lives became checkboxes in a desperate need to be completed.
But there's the tickling in the stomach. It's the last bits of our individuality fighting for the leftovers that managed to hide from suppression.
Long ago, our job was to play, and I wish we had never retired. I hope to become a self-aware child. A child who listens and loves to explore. A child who is honest with themselves and builds on their experiences. A child who reflects. I want to create to get to know the world, and I want to create to get to know the child within. It's by unfolding our powers that we become who we're meant to be.

Thank you for coming!
Remember to play!
