Memories are fragile. They are tweaked, skewed, and often forgotten.
But this time, I didn't want to forget. That's why I created...
The Memory Book
The best memories of a particular year. Photos, texts, special stories. All captured. So we can treasure them forever.
Basically, a photo book. But this one was designed, printed, and bound by hand.
Navigating memories through tiny maps
I created small maps of locations and journeys we took to help us navigate the space through time.

Concept & visual direction
What evokes
a diary-like experience?
The overall visual direction of the Memory Book came from keeping a daily diary. Short sentences. Simple memories. Ordinary moments.
15th of April
Had a peaceful/lazy morning; went to nearby pineapple plantations and learned a bit about them + had a nice dinner with my K close to our future new place. Ocean view + sunset.
